Ahhh, November! Thank you for filling us to the brim with so many sunshiney days! Our family has never known an Indian summer such as this (except for one lovely fall on Bainbridge Island). Are there more Novembers in store for romps in Emirgan Park, hikes through Belgrade Forest and trips to the beach on the Black Sea? If so, come again soon. This evening we saw the clouds rolling in over the Buyukcekmece reservoir. We felt the raindrops start to fall and watched the ensuing lightening storm. The wind started howling and the thunder began to rumble...and none of us seemed to mind that winter was finally making it's appearance. May our good fill of balmy days pull us through the wintery days ahead. Thank you, November...
