Yard Wars

We miss our Washington neighbors! Not that we don't love our Turkish ones, but crossing the street to a gated yard...and another...and another...isn't nearly as inviting as running across the street to an open yard where Carter and Ava are tree climbing, or where Tom & Allison are having yard wars. Thys & Dakota use to have these secret whistles they'd call out to each other when they wanted to see if the other could play. Those afternoons the kids would spend riding bikes, swinging, chasing chickens and exploring the garden, were priceless! Seeing our neighbors during our trip back home this summer was such a treat!
