We call him Chancho

I s'pose we could have named him "Fatih", or "Murat", or something more Turkish, but somehow, Chancho seemed to be fitting. Chancho found his way into our home late Mothers Day evening. No, really. He found an open door in the back of the house, wandered in, and declared that we belonged to him. He hasn't been interested in going very far ever since. After having lived on the streets for what must have been a very long time, he seems ready to retire and spend the rest of his days sunning under our living room window. Thys' favorite thing to say to him is "Chancho, I would never leave you. I just need to borrow some e-sweats." It appears that our family is destined to love little white terrier-doggies.

Chancho poses with his BFF (Ryan) after his first haircut. The vet gave him a complete shave a few days ago. Now, you might mistake him for a chihuahua...or a large, white rat.
